Mr. Mohshin Uddin Anwar is a highly accomplished individual with a career spanning approximately 30 years, characterized by significant contributions in ICT industry, research, education and administrative roles in both public and private organizations including universities. His career journey encompasses diverse roles, including consultancy, software development, teaching, research, and leadership in industry and academia. He embarked on his academic journey as a Lecturer and Programmer in the Department of EEE and Computer Center at Islamic University of Technology (OIC), Gazipur, Bangladesh in 1994. Over the years, he ascended both the industry and academic ladder, holding positions as an Assistant Professor and Head of Department, Chief Programmer and Senior System Analyst, Senior IT Consultant, MIS Specialist, System Architect, CTO, CEO and ultimately a proven ICT adviser in industry and academia across the country, including Government of Bangladesh, and several Japan and USA based organizations in various capacities. He devoted his skills and knowledge in the promotion and development of robust ICT infrastructure and application development to be used across the country. His academic background includes a Master of Engineering in Information and Communication Technology from BUET in 2018, a Master of Business Administration from IBA in 2010, and a BSc Engineering degree from BUET in 1993.
Mr. Anwar continuously pursued professional development opportunities through various projects, programs, workshops, training sessions, researches and industry academic partnerships. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional since 1999 and currently pursuing his PhD research in the field of advance Machine Learning. These have enriched his expertise and knowledge, enabling him to contribute effectively to the industry and academic arena. His international exposures broadened his horizons and contributed to his global perspective. His career represents a rich tapestry of industrial acumen, academic, and administrative roles in both the industry and academic sphere.
