I have been serving in both academic and alike administrative positions in educational institutes since June, 2004. At present, I am working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration in International Standard University. I am also working as a Researcher in the Centre for Management and Development Research (CMDR), NUB and also serving as Editorial Assistant in a peer-reviewed academic journal named Journal of Business and Technology (Dhaka), ISSN: 1992-27IX published by the same institution from its Dhanmondi Campus, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am also working as a proof reader and copy editor (part-time) of selected publications of a Development Publishing House which is a renowned research works and academic books publisher in New Market, Dhaka, Bangladesh name AHDPH. I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration in European University of Bangladesh (EUB). Also worked at different capacity in ASA University Bangladesh (ASAUB) and Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) for more than 6 (six) years. Besides, I also rendered services as Assistant Professor & Director, Career Guidance in Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), Registrar In-Charge in European University of Bangladesh (EUB) and Deputy Registrar (HR and P&D) in ASA University Bangladesh (ASAUB) respectively as additional responsibility as well as core duty. I had served as the Principal of Greenland Polytechnic Institute (GPI) which is established by a renowned group named Greenland Group.  I served as General Manager of HR (In-Charge) of GTCL, a sister concern of the same as additional assignment. I have gathered experience through providing support to different development programs and capacity building activities, as well as to the process of grassroots' livelihood development as the Head of Capacity Development Unit and Recruitment Selection & Placement Unit of Human Resource Management in BRAC, one of the largest and well reputed organizations in Bangladesh. I have been working in specific areas of ‘Training Needs Assessment (TNA), Curriculum Development, HR Operations and Governance Studies’. I have been involved in preparing Service Rules, HR Policies and Procedures, Salary Structure, Organogram/Organizational Chart etc. of different organizations. The areas of my interest of work are ‘HRM, ‘Research in the field of Education and Industrial Relations, Good Governance, Career Development etc. Moreover, I have been imparting services to different corporate organizations as Corporate Trainer independently as well as with a team comprising distinguished professors of home and abroad in the field of Human Resources (HR).

Research Experience:

I have been working in the Centre for Management and Development Research (CMDR), NUB as January, 2010 – till date as part-time basis. I have been imparting services as Researcher (HR & Governance Studies). My duties and responsibilities relating to research works in CMDR are to-
