Hasibul Islam Peyal is a dedicated academic and researcher with a strong foundation in Computer Science & Engineering. He has successfully completed his M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) with satisfactory research from the Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), where he also earned his B.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE), graduating 4th in his class with First Class Honors.

Hasibul is currently serving as a Lecturer and Coordinator of the ISU IT Club in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at International Standard University (ISU), Dhaka. Previously, he worked as a Lecturer at Uttara University, where he gained valuable teaching experience and built strong connections with students through his engaging and effective teaching methods. His academic roles reflect his commitment to student development and his dedication to fostering academic excellence.

His research interests include Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He has published his work in prestigious international journals such as IEEE Access, MDPI Sensors, and Frontiers in Plant Science, and has presented at multiple international IEEE conferences, reflecting the global relevance and impact of his research contributions. According to Google Scholar, Hasibul has received 175 citations, with an h-index of 6 and an i10-index of 5, demonstrating the growing recognition and influence of his scholarly work. In addition, he serves as a Reviewer for the European Journal of Radiology, a renowned Elsevier journal with a high impact factor.

Hasibul has also demonstrated exceptional innovation and technical skill through his participation in national and international competitions. He was crowned Champion of IEEE YESIST 2020 held in Malaysia, competing among top teams from over ten countries. Additionally, he secured the 4th position as a Finalist in IEEE SS12 2018 in Sri Lanka, strengthening his profile as a global innovator.

Within Bangladesh, Hasibul has received several honors that highlight his academic excellence. These include the Best Technical Presentation Award at ICCIT 2024, the country’s most prestigious IEEE conference. During his undergraduate studies, he was awarded both the Excellent Research Award and Excellent Contestant Award by the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at RUET. His innovation and leadership earned him the 1st Runner-Up position in The Ultimate Innovator Hunt 2018, and he was selected for startup incubation at the Sheikh Kamal IT Incubation Centre under the Ministry of ICT, Bangladesh, reflecting his strong entrepreneurial potential.

To support his professional development, Hasibul also completed the IQAC Training Workshop for Faculty Members at ISU in February 2024, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing learning and academic quality assurance.

Outside the realm of academia, Hasibul is equally passionate about cinematography, video editing, and creative writing—skills that highlight his ability to integrate creativity with technical depth.

With a unique combination of research experience, international recognition, teaching excellence, and interdisciplinary skills, Hasibul Islam Peyal stands out as a promising scholar and educator poised to make impactful contributions in the field of Computer Science and Engineering.
