Mehbuba Manir Nova is a Lecturer in the Department of Textile Engineering at International Standard University. She completed her B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Wet Process) from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX), where she built a strong academic foundation in textile materials, dyeing, and finishing. She gained valuable professional exposure through her internship at Epyllion Group, one of the leading textile and apparel industries in Bangladesh, which enhanced her understanding of large-scale industrial operations and sustainable practices. Her academic and research interests focus on innovative and sustainable textile processing, particularly in eco-friendly pretreatment techniques, plasma technology, and nano-finishing for functional and value-added textiles. Before joining ISU, she also served as a Lecturer at BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT), where she broadened her teaching and academic expertise. With a deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and research, she remains dedicated to fostering students’ academic and professional growth while actively pursuing innovative research for the future of the textile industry.
