- Adjunct Faculty of several Universities including IEDCR, DU, JU, SUB, BUP, guides PhD and MPhil students. Teaches about health system, health management including health workforce, universal health coverage, sustainable development goals related to health, research methodology, health emergency, risk communication and community engagement, and other health related subjects
- Worked as a Consultant of WHO, FAO, World Bank, US CDC, Global Fund, Georgetown University (USA) and others
- Worked as an Epidemiologist and Medical Social Scientist at IEDCR for 23 years (1993-2026). Conducted many Outbreak response as a leader of National Rapid Response Team in many parts of Bangladesh. Now involved as Advisor (Independent Consultant)
- Worked with MoHFW, DGHS, IEDCR, BMRC to develop documents related to public health system, sector program for health nutrition population
