Department of English, ISU is committed to providing graduates with required graduate attributes encompassing the four domains as per the instruction of the Bangladesh National Qualifications Framework (BNQF) fundamental, social, critical thinking and personal domains. To meet the challenges and demands of the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR), our graduates will be well equipped with modern research facilities and critical thinking abilities so that their critical thinking abilities will be enhanced as needed. Their research abilities therefore, necessarily conform to the dimensions of 4IR and the related aspects of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). As a matter of fact, at ISU, Department of English is working relentlessly to produce human resources who can contribute to world class leadership, teaching and research appropriately.
